Shortlist: TA for Capacity Building and Improved Harmonization with the EU Transport Acquis in Montenegro

It is our pleasure to share that NTU International is shortlisted as a Leader for yet another important assignment, specifically: “Technical Assistance for Capacity Building and Improved Harmonization with the EU Transport Acquis in Montenegro”, endorsed by the European Commission and represented by the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro (EUD).

The overall objective of this action is to contribute to capacity building and improved legal harmonization with the EU transport acquis. In line with this, the specific objectives and expected outputs of the contract are as follows:

• Increase management capacity of institutions involved with transport policy implementation;
• Align national legislation and strategies with Trans-European Transport Network Acquis in the areas of: Combined transport, inter-modality, intelligent transport systems, road safety, protection against sea pollution, maritime safety, opening of the railway market;
• Propose a national strategy for sustainable alternative fuel vehicles towards zero-emission mobility.
