EIBAS Lot 2 - Energy

Within Lot 2 Energy the technical scope, in the energy and energy intensive industries (EII) sector the assistance may cover the following sub-sectors: energy supply, enabling infrastructure, energy efficiency, energy intensive processing industries, innovation and new types of energy infrastructure. Horizontal services required within the scope of the framework agreement include:

• Project Assessment Support: e.g. supporting project assessment and evaluation, due diligence, bankability assessment, projects screening, projects prioritisation, innovative technologies assessments
• Project Preparation Support such as preparation and review of the complete project documentation and/or project funding application
• Project Implementation Support
• Project Monitoring and Verification
• Horizontal studies and advisory support
• Capacity building, knowledge creation and dissemination.
