NTU has signed the EIB framework contract - Consultancy services for the transport sector

Transport sector services

NTU has been awarded another EIB framework contract. For this particular contract, NTU is the lead-partner, and the purpose of the EIB framework agreement is to provide Consultancy services for the transport sector. Transport sector work is amongst our core competences, and for this we will have the opportunity to apply all of our expert knowledge, as we will be covering the following transport sectors: road, rail, urban transport, air and waterborne transport.

The contract will start in January 2018, and will run for four years, during which NTU is expected to provide the following services:

Project Finance, PPPs and concessions
Traffic & revenue advice/audit;
CBA theory and modelling;
Institutional capacity building;
Procurement, contract management and claims;
Transport sector policy & regulation;
Environment & social impact assessments and management plans;
Road safety audits and inspections
Innovative transport (business models and technologies)
