The objective of this project is to assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the programme’s implementation, management at federal and state level and overall coordination and capacity of achieving the programme objectives. To give recommendations on the actions needed to enhance programme implementation, with a view to realising the set results within the remaining period of the programmes. A team of two short-term NTU consultants will carry out an independent review of the Nigerian WSSSRP at the federal and sub-national levels. The team will travel to Nigeria/Abuja and to the six focal states. NTU consultants will consult with relevant stakeholders, carry out briefings and debriefings with the Government and the Delegation of the European Commission and submit a report.
