NTU wins EU funded project Support to the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan to draft a Twinning project fiche in the field of Human Resource Development
General objective of this contract is to support the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the preparation of an institutional Twinning project within the framework of the EU's ENP with respect to Azerbaijan. The specific objective of this contract is to support the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan in drafting of a clear and concise Twinning Fiche necessary for launching an institutional Twinning. The Twinning Fiche shall be circulated simultaneously to the 27 EU Member States in an invitation to submit proposals for its joint implementation.
