The project aims at: - the reinforcement of the local capacity to manage the available resources, including the control of the financial and contractual procedures of the financial assistance of the EDF - the security, improvement of the conditions of lodging and the development of new educational activities - the maintenance and improvement of the maritime service road and the creation of new halieutics and commercial activities.
