The objective of this technical assistance and capacity building project is to enhance the protection of environment by preventing or remedying environmental damage by transposing Environmental Liability Directive and to Provide a healthy environment by setting up an effective environmental liability system. The purpose of the project is to strengthen the institutional, technical and legislative framework for effective implementation of the EU Environmental Liability Directive and establishment of strong administrative and technical capacity at all levels.
