NTU’s team has successfully completed the project "Communication and Visibility Strategy of the EU Support to the Justice Reform in Jordan"

This assignment was divided in two missions. The first mission started on 22 March 2015 were the Team Leader attended a kick off meeting with the EU delegation and was requested to highlight the achievements of all programmes and projects related to the support of the reform of the justice sector, as well as future expected technical assistance and its potential outcomes. During the inception phase the experts attended meetings, gathered information, collected materials and identified the EU programmes and projects. An inception report was developed and approved by the EU Delegation. Accordingly the experts have developed a comprehensive Communication strategy and Action plan to be implemented in the second mission of this assignment. The communication strategy was approved by the EUD and endorsed by the Ministry of Justice on 29 April 2015. The second mission started on 3 May 2015 just after the approval of the communication and visibility strategy by the EUD and the Ministry of Justice. The following communication tools were specifically produced within the current project: Design and production of 5 roll up banners to be utilized during the aforementioned event held on 18 May 2015 and other relevant upcoming events. 50 branded posters with key messages about the justice reform to be placed in governmental entities that ensure high exposure. 200 Promotional USB Flash Drives imprinted with EU flag, the logo of the Ministry of Justice and the key messages 200 pens imprinted with EU flag and the logo of the Ministry of Justice. TV Commercial produced in Arabic and English Booklet on the achievements of the programmes and projects related to the EU Support to the Justice Reform in Jordan
