On September 22, 2010 NTU will organise and co-host a stakeholder meeting and workshop for the leading European market players in the field of rail passenger transport. The event concludes NTU’s 15-month project "Study on Regulatory Options for Further Market Opening in Rail Passenger Transport" for the EC DG MOVE in which NTU’s expert team examined several possible market opening scenarios for the railway services. The results of the high-level EU-wide policy study will serve as a key document in the EC’s policy making process for the coming decades.
