Multiple framework contract for technical assistance and studies, mainly in the field of external aid.
EuropeAid/129783/C/SER/Multi,
This framework contract will be entered into with several economic operators for a maximum term of 2 years, renewable once for up to 2 years.
The main sectors to be covered for Lot 1: "studies and technical assistance in all sectors" are:
1) social development/employment/eradication of poverty;
2) education;
3) health;
4) civil society;
5) human rights;
6) governance/state reform/security;
7) migration;
8) trade/development of the private sector;
9) food security;
10) rural development;
11) environment/climate/natural resources/energy;
12) development policies.
Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience in EU External Aid for the above mentioned sectors.
