The contract is concluded for a period of 4 years until 2015 with a yearly budget of 15 000 000 EUR.
The main sectors to be covered, and which will be used to verify the professional and technical capacity are:

4) Civil society;
5) Human rights;
6) Governance/state reform/security;
7) Migration;
8) Trade/Development of the Private Sector;
9) Food security;
10) Rural development;
11) Environment/climate/natural resources/energy;
12) Development policies.
NTU is searching for the applicants, who should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including three years experience as a consultant also who has been working on the EU funded projects.
