The overall objective is to support the Jordanian administration in the implementation of the revised EU-Jordan Action Plan.
Specifically, NTU will:
· Assist the PAO in identifying the capacity building needs of the Government institution mentioned above and to provide fully fledged twinning project fiche for each of them in line with the Twinning Manual’s instructions as well as the relevant annexes as per the revised twinning manual.
· Provide on the job training for the PAO staff on twinning identification and the draft of twinning project fiches.
