The overall objective of the project is to improve the regional competitiveness in the target region, Samsun, Turkey. The purpose of the project is to develop the institutional and operational capacity of the Samsun Logistics Centre Management Company for efficient and effective management of the Samsun Logistics Centre. Therefore, the management systems, tools and structures of the SLC-MC are expected to be developed and the SLC-MC's institutional and operational capacity supported and promoted.
