NTU has been awarded an EUROPEAID project "Preparation of Technical Requirements and Tender Dossier for Introduction and Develpment of Performance-Based Road Maintenance on Serbian National Road Network"
The objective is to use omodern road maintenance systems through PBC for preservation of road assets and improved quality of road network. The objective will be met through implementation of two contracts for: • Supply of goods (road weather information systems); • Provision of consulting services (preparation of strategic documents, models of tender and contract documents, training of the staff, preparation of rulebook and technical instructions for implementation, as well as preparation of specific tender document for selected 3,000 km of national road network based on real collected and processed data). NTU will provide technical assistance to the EC EU Delegation to the Republic of Serbia, to receive: • Preparation of Project Fiche for the full project • Prepared full Tender for the procurement of supplies through PRAG procedure • Prepared full Tender Dossier for the procurement of services through PRAG procedure
