The Global Objective of this assignment is to propose a regional programme of projects for 2013-2016 in the area of Private Sector Development in the ENPI South. This Programme and its proposed projects will be based on identifying needs and proposing related actions primarily in the areas of Business Enabling Environment, Business Development Services and Investment Promotion and Facilitation.
Specifically, NTU will propose potential areas of intervention for a regional Private Sector Development programme to be funded under the ENPI during 2013-2016, and accompany the proposals with the appropriate justification and supporting documentation, to serve as a basis for further project design by the services of the EC.
