NTU has been awarded the Multiple Framework contract to recruit short-term services in the exclusive interest of third countries benefiting from EU external aid.Lot 11: Macro economy, Statistics and Public finance management
The contract will run for 4 years and will be concluded in September 2017. Lot 11 services have a yearly budget of €19 mio. Sub-sectors of the Lot 11: A. Macro economy 1. Macroeconomic analysis / reforms (e.g. national accounts, fiscal, balance of payment, monetary) 2. Debt issues 3. Economic growth 4. Poverty analysis B. Statistics 5. National statistical systems (e.g. data collection, analysis, publishing, quality control), 6. Performance measurement and monitoring (e.g. indicators identification, setting targets, measurement of development results, quality control) C. Public financial management (PFM) 7. Assessment, diagnosis and reform of Public financial management, incl. PEFA framework 8. Audit (Internal and external) 9. Tax policy, revenue (e.g. direct and indirect, personal and corporate, excises) 10. Budgeting (e.g. policy, planning, preparation, execution, reporting and audit) 11. Public procurement 12.
