The service contract for this project comprises: · capacity building in financial/managerial areas, · capacity building in technical areas, · contract management and construction supervision for the water supply investments, · preparation of feasibility study, IPA application (including cost-benefit analysis as well as environmental impact assessment), design and tender documents for waste water investments, · completion of tender dossier for the supply contract. The purpose of the capacity building component is to enable Silvan municipality to establish a viable water utility department capable of operating and maintaining a sustainable water and waste water system. Contract value: 2,201,277 EUR Duration: 37 months
