NTU has been awarded a DANIDA-financed project: Consultancy services for Technical and Financial Audit of Delegated Credits 2013, 2014 and 2015 to the Central structures: Directorate of Finance and Administration, Directorate General of Water Resources, Directorate General of Sanitation, National Office for Water Supply and Sanitation, Directorate General of Studies and Sector Statistics, Directorate General of Health, Directorate General of Primary Education and to the Regional Directorates of Water and Sanitation. The project will take place in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso and in the 13 regions concerned. The main objective of this project is to deliver to the technical and financial partners, as well as the authorities in Burkina Faso a certification regarding the management of delegates credits in 2013, 2014 and 2015. The project will also advise on the quality of the structures of physical investments in the above-mentioned years. The specific objectives of this technical and financial audit is to provide an independent and professional opinion regarding: The overall expenditures effectuated throughout the defined period; The quality of structures and the work through the compliance with the relevant technical specifications; The efficiency of the contract management process and the control of the compliance with the contractual provisions; The physical monitoring in the field and the Monitoring and Evaluation system through a representative sample; The viability of the investment including the degree of satisfaction of users and the degree of appropriation by municipalities and the user associations; The evolution of the average cost by region and at the national level; The administrative organisation, the financial management and the procurement procedures. The implementation will start in October 2015. NTU s'est vu décerné le project "Audit technique et financier des crédits délégués aux structures centrales et DREAHA", financé par DANIDA. Le project se déroulera à Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, et dans les 13 régions concernées. L'objective principal est de fournir aux partenaires techniques et financiers et aux autorités burkinabés une certification en ce qui concerne la gestion des crédits délégués en 2013, 2014, 2015 et un avis sur la qualité des réalisations des investissements physiques 2013, 2014 et 2015. La mise en oeuvre du project commencera en Octobre 2015.
