The overall objectives of the project is to ensure value for money obtained through fair and competitive procurement and efficient execution of the Works contracts. The purpose of the project is to support the Tanzania National Road Agency TANROADS in managing the construction of the Mikumi - Ifakara Road in Morogoro region so as to have construction works timely implemented according to the technical specification within the fixed prices.
