The objective of the project is to assist the implementing authorities in Zambia with the successful achievement of the outputs of the Danida RSPS II Support for Rehabilitation of Main Roads Component. The objective of the technical assistance is primarily to assist with developing the planning and management capacity of the Road Development Agency.  As a result of this, by the completion of phase II, there will be an increased capacity for effective management of the core road network by RDA staff at head quarter, provincial and district level.
